What We Are Looking For

We are seeking "all-rounder" civil professionals. While we encourage all experienced labourers to apply, candidates possessing the following will be highly desirable:

  • Structural Concreting Expertise: Proven experience in pouring, vibrating, and screeding to high-quality standards.

  • Formwork & Steel: Competency in setting out timber/metal forms and accurate rebar tying.

  • Pavement Maintenance: Proficiency in precision sawing and cutting of concrete pavements.

  • Plant Operation: Experience utilising various civil tools and machinery (additional training provided for the right candidates).

Highly Regarded Tickets & Certifications

Applicants holding the following credentials will be fast-tracked for interview:

  • RIICRC319E: Saw and Cut Concrete Pavements.

  • WPT (Working in Proximity to Traffic): Parts 1 & 2.

  • Manual Handling Certificate.

  • MR (Medium Rigid) Licence: (Or a willingness to obtain one to secure a permanent position).

Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for site induction, you must hold:

  • Construction Industry White/Blue Card.

  • Valid Manual Driver’s Licence.

  • Reliable work ethic and a commitment to safety.
